Michael Lohan does make a comment about his daughter Lindsay Lohan and how she skipped his dad’s funeral. The problem is, the media didn’t really pick it up since there was so much else going on. or maybe they are just annoyed with him and his annoying ways…

Michael’s statement was bumped due to more interesting coverage of the Palin family drama, the hurricanes and the debut of 90210 version 2. This is what he gave as an exclusive to OK!:
“To date, I have not said anything about Lindsay not being at my dad’s wake or funeral. But I will say this: Lindsay is my daughter. I love her… I forgive her (as I hope she and Dina’s family forgive me). And nothing will ever stop me from doing so.
“She is a big girl, and can and will make her own decisions… For all of us, it is between us and God.”
Lindsay hasn’t fired anything back. Maybe this will die and Michael can take his future bride to a remote island with no phones. One can always hope.
