I’ve been wondering how my son, Arnel Francis Dangelan Dugayon II, elected last year as the Federation of Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman (Youth Sector) in the municipality of Pinukpuk, Kalinga Province, Philippines could help our townmates. The fact that our municipality is poor and the main source of livelihood is corn. While reading the biography of Paul Newman, I said to myself, may be he could have help us alleviate the livelihood of the poor by putting up bridges, connecting the other barrios, to the mainland in our town if he was only alive…
