It seems that the menu consisted of tuna dishes for awhile. When groups like Greenpeace asked what specific kind of tuna, they were never answered. After repeated attempts to uncover what type of tuna was being cooked up, Greenpeace took matters in to their own hand.
Members of the green activist group ordered the tuna, snuck it out in bags and had it sent to a DNA lab for proof. Woo Factor says the results came back, they were serving Atlantic Bluefin Tuna. Many restaurants and famous chefs are not using the dish anymore because of fear it is over harvested and going to be extinct. It is not illegal to serve it, but highly frowned upon.
