Rumer Willis debuted a new, brighter do last night!  It is a cute, coppery color.  Bummer, it doesn’t hide her chin…Check it out:

Do you like it?  I think the copper color makes her skin look better.  She doesn’t have the dark Elvira contrast going on, making her look scary.  She style has the exotic, Demi look about her…don’t ya think?

It seems this was the place to be…the Teen Vogue Party had the hottest stars out, including Selena Gomez, Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens.  More pictures of them coming later…check back!
