File under: Only in Hollyweird! Shia LaBeouf got into a boozy car accident on July 27th and will not be charged with a DUI after all. Shia refused a blood alcohol test (maybe he’s squeamish?) so it’s likely his license will be suspended, but that’s it. A Los Angeles district attorney is quoted as saying there was “insufficient evidence” Shia was drunk. Uh huh.

Yup, these actors get away with everything! Now if only Paris Hilton would’ve refused the Breathalyzer, then she wouldn’t have endured that gut wrenching Letters from Birmingham Jail-esque experience earlier this year (heh). In other celebrities behaving badly news, Kanye West will not be charged with a felony for going bat shit crazy on a paparazzi a few weeks back. He’ll likely get a slightly less gangsta misdemeanor charge.
