Taylor Swift may only be 18 years old, but she is racking up awards and acclaims faster than any adult around!  Her whirlwind year continues, with the announcement of her nomination for a CMA award!  (CMA = Country Music Association, in case you didn’t know).

Taylor has been rumored to be dating a Jonas brother.  She only says they are friends, but she has been spotted at their concerts, and they have been at hers.  Hmmmm???  According to OK! Magazine, Taylor is also good friends with Carrie Underwood and Kellie Pickler, both American Idol alums.  Pretty good company to be with….how can we join this group of friends??

Taylor is up for a female vocalist of the year award, which will air in November.  She goes up against Carrie, as well as a few hot other artists like Miranda Lambert and Martina McBride.  Go Taylor!!
