The whole ordeal of Heather Locklear getting busted over the weekend….it turns out it may not be anything like it was first reported.  A former celebrity writer, who has a grudge, is behind the whole mess….and could be behind the ‘psychiatrist’ call back from the Spring that landed Heather in rehab.

The person who called 911 when Heather was driving is a former staffer to US Magazine.  “She” is already under investigation by the FBI because she hacked in to the company’s computer system and stole contact information for all the stars.  See where this is going????

Yup – she was the only witness to heather driving erratically.  Yup – she was the only one who saw her in the parking lot.  Police never saw her drive and Heather passed a breathalizer. 

What this ‘concerned’ citizen did was call 911, call a paparazzi agency to give the location, then she followed Heather.  Every concerned citien calls in the photographers, right? 

It smells fishy and police are looking in to it.
