Heidi Montag looks pregnant in her new pictures from the red carpet.  Spencer Pratt looks his usual smug self, so it doesn’t appear he is hiding a secret.  Is she?  Is it a really bad gas of gas?  Dress three sizes too small?

Heidi is definitely sporting a bump of some kind.  Maybe she ate too many tacos from her publicity stunt at Tao Bell last week…??  Or is this a desperate attempt to get people to tune in to The Hills and see what is going on?

I doubt she’s pregnant.  Because that would mean she would have to put up with Spencer for…you now.  And I can’t believe Ken Barbie has that ability.  Ewww.  Spencer’s just so fake looking.
