Joe the Plumber is looking to possibly record a country album. Joe Wurzelbacher (Joe the Plumber’s birth name) has signed on to Nashville Public Relations firm “The Press Office” to help sift through offers and mold his image. One of his handlers? Country music artist and producer Aaron Tippin. CMT grease up your cactus boot straps! It’s Joe the Plumber time!

Although his handlers (handlers?!) say this is absurd and nothing has been finalized, he’s still “a celebrity notwithstanding” and has been “deluged” with offers. He may run for congress, be an ambassador of goodwill and is busy finishing his duty as full-time staple in the John McCain campaign.
Wow. People say this country is going down the tubes, but a few mentions as a hypothetical figure in a presidential debate and you’re a “brand” with a cascading waterfall of offers. When is Melissa the Blogger going to catch a break?
Isn’t being an American great?
