Eighteen year-old Taylor Swift voted for the first time on Thursday in Tennessee. While she won’t disclose who got her vote, she admits she was “wavering” back and forth between candidates while in line. Taylor Swift talked about voting for the first time like most people do going to the gym:

The line wrapped around the building… but I can honestly tell you that it was worth the wait. I felt like I really accomplished something special. It’s like exercising – you think about it and you’re like, ‘Wow, there’s going to be a long line, there’s going to be a lot of effort involved,’ but afterwards you feel so good.”

Proving she’s no fun, Taylor wouldn’t tell who got her vote. C’mon! But she’s smart and edu-macated and all that shiz.

“I watched the debates and I read all kinds of articles on each person and each vice president and what they believe in and where their priorities are…I went with my gut instinct.”

Gut instinct just screams ‘Barack Obama.’ But she is country. The Swift family probably has  Joe Sixpack and Joe Plumber over for grits and chicken all the time. Hm. I’m stumped. Who do you think Taylor Swift voted for?
