Amy Winehouse consulted with divorce lawyers yesterday to get the wheels in motion for her legal split from Blake Fielder-Civil. Sources say Blaaaaake refused to tell her he was getting out of jail—probably so he could shack up with his new Swedish model (who we’re guessing hasn’t mastered English or has a major crack addiction, either or)—and this made Amy hopping mad.

The Sun is also reporting Amy also hasn’t paid Blaaaake a visit since he was released, and is currently still on her sickbed after a seizure due to a “reaction to medication.” Uh huh.
