Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt might not be legally married. It seems that in their haste to elope, producers I mean friends forgot to tell them about the blood test and the paperwork ahead of time.  So, without the proper blood tests, the marriage is null and void.

And even though there was no family there to witness the event – surprise!  MTV filming crew was.  How ironic is that?

E! Online says:

A rep for the One & Only Palmilla resort, where they opted to walk down the aisle, said that in Mexico couples are required to undergo blood tests, provide birth certificates and fill out the required paperwork at least two business days prior to the ceremony.

Oops.

So, is this their excuse to make it not legal in the US so they can walk away?
