John Mayer swears he isn’t depressed. OK, got that? He’s been a bit more reserved with the paparazzi, sure, (mainly because of the slap on the wrist by girlfriend Jennifer Aniston for show boating) but everything is right as rain. Wonderful. Now I can sleep tonight.

He swears via his blog that he isn’t “darker, angrier, or moodier” than usual.

I am not darker, angrier or moodier these days..In fact, it’s just the opposite. All that’s happened is that I’ve given up on trying to find a way to use unwanted media as a form of entertainment. (It still was worth a try.) A walk to the car isn’t the best time to try and analyze my mood or disposition, so you’ll probably always get a bad read from it.”

You know your own vanity has reached a boiling point when you release statements about your walks from the car. John Mayer should hang out with Diddy.
