Terri, 34 told her friends that they’ve spilt up. It’s very sad. They have decided to go their own way. There’s no third party involved. Simon is believed to have bought Terri a house in L.A. as their parting gift.
The couple’s relationship has recently been rocked by his reluctance to get married and have kids.
Terri has in the past pointedly said: “I have known his thoughts on marriage and babies from the beginning. He doesn’t want kids, full stop.
“But I would love to have a baby in the future, definitely.”
As for Simon who has an estimated net worth of over $210 million US told the Mirror in March:
“I don’t believe in marriage, certainly not in this business.“The truth is that you get married and in a year or two they clean you out. It’s just not going to work.
“It doesn’t work. It changes you. That whole culture just puts you in a very weakened position.”

Two years ago Cowell hit the headlines when model Jasmine Lennard, 24, was seen leaving his £7.5million (roughly 12 million US dollar) home in London.
SImon was also spotted holding hands and looking cozy with fellow X Factor judge Dannii Minogue, 36, after a night out.
What does Simon say? Simon says “If you work with cute girls, you get that.”
I think Terri has made the right choice of leaving him. At some point in life most people want to settle down. All right, I better stop before I get all philosophical again?
Who’s next for Simon? He’s loaded, there will be plenty of women. Could it be Dannii Minogue next? She’s the sister of Kylie Minogue and an X-Factor judge with Simon. I hope whoever gets on with him has the same expectations.. No commitment!
