Beyonce was on Oprah and talked about normal things (her wedding, new album) and some, uh, not so normal things (her alter ego, Sasha Fierce). Apparently, Sasha doesn’t do interviews and only comes out when she’s about to perform. Sasha even has her own way of speaking.

It’s alarming nobody has raised more than just an amused eyebrow at Beyonce’s DSM IV multiple personality disorder. Papa Knowles is no different than Papa Jackson—as long as it sells records and pays the rent, well, we’ll worry about the detorioriating mental state later. Hears hoping Beyonce (or Sasha) doesn’t purchase Neverland Ranch.

Anyway, since Sasha was booked this is what Beyonce told Oprah.

She doesn’t do interviews (Sasha). She only performs. (She comes out) usually when I hear the chords, when I put on my stilettos. Like the moment right before when you’re nervous. Then Sasha Fierce appears, and my posture and the way I speak and everything is different.”

Well, you know, whatever fills those stadium seats. Let’s just hope Sasha doesn’t rebel, want her own life, and “quit this bitch.” Then we’d all be stuck with dull, boring Beyonce. Snoozefest.
