Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil failed a court ordered drug test in rehab. Yup, while Blake’s attending rehab he has to take – AND PASS – drug tests in order to remain out of jail. And Blake couldn’t even manage that simple task, so off to jail he goes!

Before his test, Blake declared he wanted to be on Big Brother and show Amy how much he loved her and how clean he was. Ooops. Spoke too soon. The Sun reports:
The junkie, 26, dashed to his wife’s hospital bedside last night from rehab after being told the news.
He could now be in jail until early 2010 after breaking the early release terms of his 27-month sentence.
That’s a bummer for his holidays. Do you think Blake ever planned on being clean? I don’t.
