The New York City apartment where Heath Ledger died of an accidental drug overdose last winter is off the market. Realtors say nobody is willing to live in Heath‘s old loft. They think the public death is too “spooky” for prospective tenants. Uh, ya think?! Who wants to share a three-bedroom living space with the ghost of Heath Ledger?

Also not helping out their case is the loft’s astronomical rent. Page Six reports the SoHo loft comes with $26,000 a month pricetag. That’s quite a bundle of cash.
