Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will likely announce their split on Valentine’s Day right after Marc Anthony’s show at Madison Square Garden. Jennifer is scheduled to perform a duet with Marc and then spill the beans to the audience. Think of it as the Marc Anthony/ Jennifer Lopez relationship swan song. Aww. And who said good, old-fashioned romance was dead? What’s a break-up if you can’t share it with a few thousand of your best friends on stage?

You know, Jennifer‘s got the right idea. All of us gossipy vultures will be picking through the remains of that marriage for months, so why not just invite the camera crew and alert the presses to the official break, Heidi and Spencer style. Make it easy and give your hard-working exhausted publicist a rest.
Marc’s rep says this is untrue and Jennifer’s refused to comment.
