Kellie Pickler jetted out of the US yesterday for her second USO tour in Iraq. The USO tours are made up of stars and musicians who sing and perform for the troops overseas. Kellie traveled to Iraq earlier in 2008 and had a blast so she decided to do it again.

Kellie talks about her upcoming trip to Iraq to MSNBC. She says the first trip changes her life. She also says it was wonderful to be able to see things first hand and experience what is going on in the world.
Kellie is a former American Idol finalist and was up against Carrie Underwood. Guess who won…. Kellie has been busy with a new album and writing music with her best friend Taylor Swift. What a nice life!
