Lance Armstrong is going to welcome his fourth child this June. Lance, who has three children from a previous marriage, was unable to conceive normally due to having testicular cancer. Previously, doctors knocked up his ex with frozen sperm he donated. Interesting. Armstrong and current girlfriend Anna Hansen are expecting the baby in June, and conceived normally.

Anna works for a cancer survivor non-profit (how convenient) and is a big mountain biker. On a sour note, Lance will be training for the Tour de France in Europe when the baby is due.
