Madonna and Alex Rodriguez went house hunting in Manhattan for the Madonna-A-Rod $60 million dream pad. Hm, things seem to be fast-forwarding pretty quickly for the pair, eh? I guess Madonna and A-Rod were absent for the take-some-time-off-between-marriages class taught in Relationship 101. Sigh.

Madonna has been browsing mansions on Manhattan’s Upper East Side for a few months, while Alex Rodriguez has begun recently taking tours of the same real estate in the $30-60 million range. Must be nice! They also want a private garage—which the Page Six spy admitted is “pretty rare.” They’ve also been looking in the Hamptons.
