Michael Jackson might be seriously ill and in need of a lung transplant. Michael’s latest appearances show him wearing a full face mask and looking….grimmer than usual. But no official word is out, it’s speculation on the part of someone surprising.

A Michael Jackson biographer, Ian Halpernin, is claiming that Jackson suffers from a rare genetic disorder called Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, which has caused emphysema and gastrointestinal bleeding.
Okay…I’ve never heard of this disease, but Michael would get something exotic. After all, look at his exotic life style. It wouldn’t surprise me if this is something contracted from all the plastic surgeries he’s had! The disease is so bad it seems that is why he needs a new lung.
Have any of you heard of this dysfunction and does it seem plausible?
