Miley Cyrus wants to divorce her parents! The now 16 year old Miley wants to be treated like an adult and have free reign over all aspects of her life. This means MILEY will control her career, finances, boyfriends, photoshoots, etc. Sounds like a scandal waiting to happen, doesn’t it?

The Hannah Montana star is reportedly in discussions with her attorney about filing a Petition of Emancipation form after repeatedly butting heads with the parentals, Billy Ray and Tish, over her May-December romance with 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston.
Does anyone else see the writing on the wall here? Britney Spears wanted to be treated like a grown up so she ran off and got married and popped out 2 kids right away. And then went all kinds of crazy. I think Miley is headed down that same path in order to get her freedom unless someone puts a stop to it! Do you agree?
