Samantha Ronson’s newest lawsuit will expose a lot of her and Lindsay Lohan’s personal life. And oops, wasn’t that what Samantha wanted to protect in the first place? It’s all gone to he!! and Samantha is still pursuing the case.

Samantha hired an attorney to sue Perez Hilton for defamation. She lost. She in turn sued him. According to the LA Times, it goes like this:
The defamation suit meant to discourage scandal-mongering blogs turned into a costly, humiliating fiasco that provided more gossip fodder. For months now, Ronson and Garbus have been locked in their own ugly legal battle: She is suing him for malpractice; he is countersuing to recover his fees.
So, Samantha sued to keep her personal life quiet, but lost and in trying to keep from paying the lawyer, she is willing to truck it all out in public? These stars…it makes no sense! It would be cheaper to drop it. And wouldn’t the lawyer representing her in this case be fearful of losing, thus her not paying, AGAIN?
