Scarlett Johansson says that she would love to do another album. It is after her Tom Waits cover “Anywhere I Lay My Head” which topped the Billboard Heatseekers charts last spring. Johansson, 23 says she would love to do an another one but this time she wants to make us groove on her own original beats.

“I don’t think I’d do covers, so it’d be a project that I have to dedicate myself to,” she told MTV News Monday while promoting her new thriller, The Spirit. “I feel like that’s something for the future.”
But what if she did have to fall back on covering one of her favorite musicians?
“If I had to, Leonard Cohen, maybe,” she said. US Magazine
Johansson who married Ryan Reynolds last September, is really concentrating on her solo music career; I wonder why she would do that because she is having a perfect acting career. I remember what my mom used to tell me ‘Jack of all and master of none’. Trying out different genre might help Johansson to uncover her new talent but it could also affect her acting career, you think? I think Scarlett is a way better actress than singer. What do you guys think?
