Spencer and Heidi Pratt work the food line serving Christmas dinners to those in need. Didn’t the couple do this for Thanksgiving too?  Either they have very generous hearts or their families don’t want Spencer or Heidi around for Christmas!

Heidi and Spencer were caught by TMZ cameras handing our stuffing in the food line.  And the kiss they share is obviously fake like the rest of their bodies, relationship, show, etc.  But gag!  How can they even take it anymore?

I’d really like to see an interview with someone who worked with them.  Were they fake happy to the people who needed food?  To those who passed out food next to them?  It would be a very interesting read, for sure!  Do you think Heidi and Spencer are genuine with their charity?
