Spencer Pratt recently joked to reporters that he had visions of Heidi’s mom Darlene Egelhoff murdering him in his sleep. Although the remark was tongue in cheek, Spencer and Darlene have had a toxic relationship. Darlene even went so far as to say she thought Spencer may have drugged Heidi so she’d agree to a quickie marriage in Mexico.

It seems things may be warming up for the dramatic triangle. Over Thanksgiving, Heidi’s sister Holly said her mother crafted a gingerbread house with “Pratt’s” etched on the outside and pictures of Heidi and Spencer inside.
So how did that gingerbread house taste, Spencer? Alas, he didn’t try it.—he was afraid Darlene had “poisened it.”
