Zac Efron delivered a bunch of toys to the Mattel Children’s hospital in Los Angeles over the weekend. Zac shut up and put up a good deed for those around him. Now, if other young stars would follow suit, we might have a great world….

Zac purchased over $100,000 worth of toys and gave them out to the sick children. He also signed autographs and spread High School Musical 3 merchandise. From Zac Efron’s Site has pictures of the event. It looks like Zac truly had a good time. I know the kids did – because the smiles on their faces are a mile wide!
