Blake Fielder Civil files for divorce from Amy Winehouse. Shock.  Even though he cheated on her and Amy then admitted she cheated on him, he dragged his feet and didn’t do it.  Then Blake said he might and he didn’t want a dime of her money.  But now, things have changed in his mind again….

Things have changed now because Amy went public and said she was in love. Per the Mail Online:

Celebrity lawyer Henri Brandman told MailOnline that Blake had instructed him to launch the action on the grounds of Amy’s adultery. It is thought that Blake will go for half of Amy’s $20 million fortune.

The move comes as loved-up Amy told a Sunday newspaper that she has finally kicked her drug habit. The star also admitted that she had ‘forgotten I’m even married’ to Blake, claiming ‘our whole marriage was based on doing drugs’.

What a joke.  He’s publicly cheated on her, gets his skinny ass in trouble and lands back in jail, then sees she has moved on and decides to file.  What an idiot.  And it’s sad, but he’ll probably get some of Amy’s money.
