Mothers are outraged at Britney Spears newest single, “If U Seek Amy” due to what they think are innappropriate lyrics. Britney grunts the lyrics: “All of the boys and all of the girls are beggin’ to/If You Seek Amy” which protective moms everywhere just swear sounds like the “F” word. Oh, jeeze. I actually feel bad for Brit, the poor woman can’t do anything!

Celebitchy.com broke the story and quoted an Australian mother’s group:
“I was astonished and totally taken aback when I heard my five and seven year old kids walking around the house singing, ‘F-*-*-K. When I asked them what it was, they told me it was Britney Spears. I was horrified.
“I got them the Circus album because little kids are Britney fans, but there was no warning on the album and none of the songs listed had F-*-*-K in the title.“Listening to it, it is extremely blatant and offensive. I feel I have been deceived into believing that this was acceptable content for children but instead it is objectionable.”
Earth to these Australian mothers. This is the same woman who said “It’s Britney bitch” and other family-oriented tunes like “I’m A Slave 4 U.” I’m just guessing that Brit Brit may not be the right girl to be singing along to with your 5-year-old.
What do you think?

Everyone dont mind listening to EMinem, Ludacris, Pussycat dolls, etc.. they are all trashy in Lyrics worse than Britney, and she just spells it out and you berate her.. so what.. get over it…. we all say it….
eminem will say F*** this and F**** that and nothing is every said but when Brit says it or spells it even.. everyone comes down on her… everyone just back off. It’s getting just ridiculous how everyone beats on Brit’s actions and How she acts, sings and what she does, she’s human.
One bad song. Big deal.
How many does Eminem have????!!!! And how many morons love him VS love Britney??? It’s ridiculous!
Omg if she wanted to be offensive she would straight out make a song called “F*** Me.” She didn’t. She made a catchy song with a play on words. Small kids with parents who care about what their kids hear should listen to Britney’s music before letting their “precious little babies” hear it. Actually this is all on the parents, the kids would just think its If U Seek Amy unless their parents have exposed them to the F word. Only kids who should be able to get this reference will get it unless they have been allowed to hear it previously. All in all, its an inside play on words for people over the age of 10.
