She didn't. She made a catchy song with a play on words. Small kids with parents who care about what their kids hear should listen to Britney's music before letting their "precious little babies" hear it. Actually this is all on the parents, the kids would just think its If U Seek Amy unless their parents have exposed them to the F word. Only kids who should be able to get this reference will get it unless they have been allowed to hear it previously. All in all, its an inside play on words for people over the age of 10.
