Hayden Panettiere was busted for underage clubbing over the Christmas break. Panettiere’s agents and handlers sure knew how to keep that quiet.  For a few days anyway!  Little miss cheerleader was caught with several underage friends at a club in NYC and lasted about….10 minutes before she was busted!

Hayden was in NYC on December 23 and went to a 21 and over club.  According to E! Online:

Panettiere, accompanied by six girlfriends, entered the NV Lounge at roughly 9:15 p.m. via the employee entrance and lasted about 10 minutes before security spotted and carded her.

“At that time we asked her and her friends to leave,” NV Lounge owner John Reznick tells E! News, adding that the actress cooperated by giving her license to an employee.

It was at that point, Reznick says, that Panettiere was informed of the venue’s policy to hand over confiscated IDs to the Suffern Police Department.

Ooops.  She managed to get her license back because she had to fly back to LA the very next morning.  It was Christmas Eve ya’ll.  Hayden said she was going inside to say HI to friends and not buy drinks.  Suuuuuuuure.  I smell the next celebrity DUI coming…anyone else?
