Jake Gyllenhaal was entering a courthouse in Los Angeles today to see if he would be selected for jury duty. Jake must have been in a bad mood, because he ended up kicking a TMZ videographer who was following the actor. Or maybe he was embarrassed—Jake walked into a Pull only door that he thought was a Push. Woopsy!

Jake was waiting to see if he would be selected for a jury involving a battery case. An update on TMZ‘s website alerted us that Jake was let go. Good thing! Maybe they realized the actor had some anger issues of his own, or perhaps he was too much of a distraction to everyone in the court room. It’s tough being Jake Gyllenhaal.
