Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiance Ross McCall have broken up. Jennifer and Ross split over the holidays and nobody is entirely sure why. The perpetually size 2 actress was getting in shape, running a marathon, and reducing those massive saddle bags she’d worked very hard for, in order to be a svelte bride.

The split is a surprise to even there close friends. The two were last seen in public being good samaritans working the Rescue Mission in L.A. Damn, and we thought the couple that served mashed potatoes together, stayed together.
