Meryl Streep forgets her dress at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards last night. She said so herself! Meryl was up for best actress against Angelina Jolie, Kate Winslet, Anne Hathaway and others for her role in Doubt, and she WON!

Meryl’s name was announced as the winner, she ran from her table to the front with her arms in the air. Do you think she was excited? Yahoo News says this:
The 59-year-old actress was amazed to receive the prestigious accolade for her role in drama ‘Doubt’ – in which she plays a nun who suspects a priest is abusing a boy – and admitted she had not even bought a new dress as she didn’t think she would win.
Accepting the award, Meryl – who wore black trousers to the ceremony – said: “I didn’t even buy a dress. I’m really, really shocked.”
I think her little announcement woke up the otherwise boring awards. And they were boring. Sean Penn calling the media idiots was another bright spot. See how much post award coverage he gets, however. What were your bright spots at the awards?
