Miley Cyrus is working on her first tattoo. The tween beauty has been drawing designs and you’ll never guess what I mean who it has in it.  Do you think Miley’s parents would really let her get a tattoo this young?

Of course, the tattoo is a heart and has her current boyfriend - Justin Gaston’s initial in it.  But it sounds like the design was the easy part.  From Ace Showbiz:

Though already having the design, the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus allegedly is still trying to convince her parents to have it etched on her body.

“She’s trying to play her mom, Tish, against her dad to get one of them to agree to the tattoo,” her friend let it slip in the January 12 edition of Star. “So far, her mom is the one who seems more cool with the idea than Billy Ray.”

Yeah, because daddy-o knows what it means when young girls start inking their bodies so young…they get pregnant and become slutty.  Just keep saying no Billy Ray!
