Jake must have been in a bad mood, because he ended up kicking a TMZ videographer who was following the actor. Or maybe he was embarrassed—Jake walked into a Pull only door that he thought was a Push. Woopsy!

Mischa Barton looks like she is having a relapse. The troubled actress recently completed a stint in rehab after a drunk driving incident. Mischa got out of rehab, looked healthy, gained a bit of weight and was working on something…I think.
