Mischa Barton celebrated her 23rd birthday and ended up kissing some female at the Caviar Kaspia restaurant in Paris last night. There were a bunch of Barton’s friends including Dita Von Teese. Although, Barton was pictured locking lips with another female, I don’t make much out of something like this. They could be playing but it does look like she’s really enjoying herself though.
