Russell Crowe is a fat diva on the set of his latest flick “Nottingham” say sources at Page Six. The Robin Hood movie was set to start filming in February but has been pushed back to April due to Russell’s demands. He wants the script re-written and a new director, and is being so nasty about it that Sienna Miller has since dropped out of the production.

The source said:

It is a mess. Russell never lost the weight he put on for ‘Body of Evidence’ – and so the love scenes between him and Sienna would have been laughable. He’s so old and fat and she’s so young and gorgeous. It’s just . . . gross.”

Methinks this “source” is Sienna. Because then the “insider” goes on to say they are looking to cast an an “older, plumper actress to play the role so [Crowe] doesn’t look like a paunchy grandpa. Someone in her late 30s or early 40s.”

Ooookay. Since when does Hollywood cast old, plump women for starring roles in big blockbusters—unless they’re cast as a portly mom or something.
