Angelina Jolie was spoofed by newcomer Abby Elliot on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. During the Weekend Update, Seth Meyers brought up the eight babies born by that woman in California when a very lip-py Jolie appears and says, “Hey Sweetpea” (ed note: would Angie Jo call Seth Meyers sweetpea?). She then inquires whether or not the new mother really needs all eight of the children. (Watch video below)

Seth Meyers: It was revealed on Thursday that the California woman who gave birth to octuplets already has six other children. What? Angelina Jolie? What, what are you doing here?

Angelina Jolie: I heard someone had eight babies…does she want all of them?

SM: Yeah… I mean, I think she does, yes.

AJ: Where’s [your co-anchor Amy Poehler]?

SM: Oh, she left.

AJ: Did she take her baby with her?

SM: Yeah, she did.

AJ: Too bad, I could always use a new baby.

SM: So, um, are you excited about the Oscars?

AJ: Bye.

What’s most interesting about Abby Elliot is that she’s the daughter of SNL alum Chris Elliot (who will forever be Dom Woganowski in There’s Something About Mary to me) and the granddaughter of comedian Bob Elliot. She’s also only 21, or something insane like that—twenty-one and on SNL. That is either the biggest mistake they made or the best choice ever. We shall see.
