Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are leaving the set of Grey’s Anatomy. Both T.R. and Katherine want to pursue other career opportunities, with neither of their reps confirming or denying that this is true, but co-star James Pickens confirms their exits.

He told UsWeekly last week at the NAACP Awards luncheon in Beverly Hills:
“Yes, she [Katherine] is [going]. Wherever Katherine goes, I wish her nothing but the best. He’s [T.R. Knight] going too…He just wanted to pursue other career paths.”
Were they possibly fired? An onset source claims the Katherine and T.R. were constantly gossiping at work, and their negativity, no doubt, caused some stress behind the scenes.
“He [Knight] complains to Katherine all the time…The energy on set will be much better when he’s gone. Katherine is ready to move on to the next chapter,” says a set source. “And Knight is “not shy about telling people” he wants out of his contract.”
Wow. Sort of reminds you of your cube mates who are always complaining about their jobs and then get fired.
