Katie Holmes might be pregnant. And yes, we’ve heard that rumor 3,000 times since as soon as Suri Cruise was a few months old. But this time it might actually be true and the timing fits with Katie ending her run on Broadway.

Tom Cruise and Katie have been vacationing in Brazil where he is promoting Valkyrie. Reports keep surfacing that Katie looks pretty pale and is tired – more so than normal. And then we have the blousy dresses again, swimsuit coverups on the beach and non-alcoholic drinks.
One source says the couple were spotted with Tom’s hand over Katie’s abdomen. A sure sign of pregnancy? I don’t buy it. When she starts to show again, maybe I will. I imagine they will have more kids in time, but Suri seems to like the spotlight alone right now.
