Solange Knowles passes out in the airport and goes to the hospital. So what else does she do for her health?  She keeps updating her TWITTER page!  Duh…like all people truly concerned with their health do that.

Solange said she had too much Nyquil on the plane and it made her pass out when she got to baggage.  Yeah.  She passed out, but she was somehow able to get to an online device and update er twitter account every little bit.  Like we want to see that?  And the first thing on anyone’s mind when they come to from fainting is…dang…I have to update my Twitter account like NOW!  BS.

You must have to take a LOT of Nyquil to get it to do that to you.  I think Solange is after a little attention since her record bombed.  How else to get it than by providing a public stunt?
