Amy Winehouse pleads not guilty to assault. Amy was due in court today to contest an assualt charge from last fall when she smacked a fan named Sherene Flash across the face for asking to her to take a picture. The court was located at City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court, and not surprisingly Amy was late and told the judge her full name was Amy Jade Civil.

The case was ajourned until July 23rd, according to The Sun. Then Amy will face her fate once again in London. Since moving out of St. Lucia and back to London, Amy has split with Blake and is attempting to clean up her lifestyle. Her father Mitch joined her in court.
