Brad Pitt goes political and will meet with Nancy Pelosi in Washington DC, today. In case you don’t know, Nancy is the Speaker of the House. The House of Representatives….it’s a big political position. What’s the topic of the meeting? A photo op! Of course, Nancy wants a photo op with Brad minus Angelina.

Brad is known for his passion about restoring New Orleans. Is anyone surprised? His pals George Clooney, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and Ben Affleck have all picked countries to promote their causes, so he picked a city. The meeting between Pitt and Pelosi is Thursday afternoon. From People Magazine:
“They will be discussing Make It Right, a project launched in 2007 to construct affordable and environmentally-sustainable housing for low-income residents of the Lower Ninth Ward in New Orleans who lost their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina,” said a statement released Wednesday afternoon by Speaker Pelosi’s office.
Pitt and Pelosi, 68, are slated to kick off their meeting at 3:30 p.m., after posing for photos for the press in the Capitol Building.
A photo op! I was right. Do you think any worth while will come from this meeting? I doubt it. They both get press time…and Nancy is big on spending stimulus dollars elsewhere. What’s your take on it?
