Harry Potter actor, Rob Knox, was murdered last May in an East London pub. While this story for the most part flew under the radar, Rob‘s murderer — a man named Karl Bishop — was convicted today. Rob was only 18 years old and had just finished wrapping Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince.

As it turns out, Rob Knox was attempting to defend his brother when the dispute between he and Karl turned deadly. In addition to Rob‘s death, three other boys were knived. Karl faces life in prison.
