Jade Goody Dead at 27
Jade Goody has died at 27 years old. Goody, the British reality TV starlet lost her battle with cervical cancer on Sunday morning. She leaves behind a husband and two young sons.

Jade was on season 3 of Big Brother in the UK, which is what launched her to fame. Jade was known as having a big attitude and a bigger mouth. From the Daily Mail:
Jade Goody’s young sons awoke on Mothering Sunday to the heartbreaking news she had died in the night.
Five year-old Bobby and his brother Freddie, four, were told by their father Jeff Brazier that ‘mummy has gone to heaven’.
The 27-year-old reality TV star lost her battle against cervical cancer shortly after 3am. Her mother Jackiey Budden, husband of just four weeks Jack Tweed, 21, and close friend Kevin Adams were by her bedside when she slipped away.
How sad. And don’t let Jade’s mistakes of not getting regular pap smears or ignoring the doctor’s orders for more tests land you in the same condition. Jade gave the warning days after her condition was named terminal in January. Girls, go get checked!

Funny how virtualy every site that asks for your opinion about jade removes anything that can be construed as negative. On some of the sites I go to where she is mentioned I have pointed out that she got preferential treatment ahead of many other cancer patients thereby putting them at greater risk and why? Because she was a “celebrity”, that’s why, also this nonsense about making sure that her kids are financially set, why? What about all the other kids who have had their mothers/fathers die from cancer, why should jade’s kids come first? Answer? Because she was a “celebrity”. Whilst it is a tragic loss for her children the fact is that focusing only on her is hypocritical and unfair to the many thousands who suffer because they are not famous, this wallowing in celeb frenzy is nauseating, grow up they are not gods, nor are they any better than you or I. If you really want to help with cancer take a look on your own street, I virtually guarantee that there will be someone you see who has it, try helping them.
