Kanye West was charged with three misdemeanors today for a LAX airport scuffle last September. As we all fondly remember, Kanye got his panties in a twist last fall when two photographers hounded him on his way to Hawaii. The argument escalated to the Kanye breaking one of the cameras, and his manager tossing a $10,000 camera to the ground.

According to Eonline.com Kanye was charged with one count of vandalism, battery and grand theft. If worse comes to worse, Kanye will be charged with 2 years in jail and his manager 5 years. Of course, this won’t happen.
But can you imagine the philosophical and self aggrandazing tomes Kanye would pump out in jail? Jeez, Letters From Birmingham Jail watch out.
