Lily Allen attacked a photographer and may be arrested. The star who has not done too many smart things could have really gotten herself in a jam this time.  Not only could Lily be arrested, but her Visa for touring in the US is now at risk.

Lily’s Visa could be revoked like Amy Winehouse’s was.  An impending charge means you can’t travel to the US.  The best part of the whole deal – since it was in front of photographers, there is a boatload of evidence and video.  No need for a trial, judge.  It’s all on tape.

It all started when a crush of pappers tried to shoot Lily leaving her London home — a photog was shoved into her car, and the singer began cussing everyone out.

Lily eventually got into a car, and when she arrived at a recording studio a short time later — and saw more paps — she allegedly fired a water bottle at one of them. That’s when we’re told Lily attacked a different snapper, punching and kicking him until security broke it up.

Geesh….PMS?  What’s got Lily so riled up?  Katy Perry hasn’t provoked her.  Maybe because her album sales aren’t doing so hot?  Lily has just said she has to sell her car because the economy is affecting her too.  And if Lily can’t tour in the US, her financial problems will only get worse.  No concert revenue coming in…Not a good move Lily!
