Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson had a violent fight over the weekend. There was the confusion – at least on Lindsay’s part – of the arrest warrant that was issued for her non-compliance with her probation terms.  Police, paparazzi and neighbors were all camped outside and saw evidence of the fight.  What did they see?

While cops were knocking on the door and trying to get someone to answer it, something was thrown through a window.  Glass shattered and people ducked.  Yelling – of course – could be heard.  Sam and Lindsay both ignored the door and wouldn’t allow police in.   From TMZ:

UPDATE: 4:22 PM ET All police units have left Sam’s house, but her car is still in the driveway. We’re told during their argument, Lindsay allegedly threw something and a window was broken.

UPDATE: 3:49 PM ET Three LAPD cops were knocking at the door, trying to get Lindsay and Sam to open it but they would not. One of the cops was pacing the property. The cops have left the front door but they’re still in the area. One of the cars left the house but is parked up the street. Word is they may arrest Lindsay and take her to jail.

UPDATE 3:40 PM ET: The cops now tell us they were called for a disturbance and not there to arrest Lindsay.

It seems neighbors had to call the cops over the ruckus. And neighbors are peeved that photographers camped out all weekend waiting for the pair to leave.  What are they doing holed up inside?  Neither one has emerged since.

PS – The warrant was issued because Lindsay didn’t finish the classes.
